TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION

1. Rules of Participation

1.1 Access - Your payment and registration entitle you to access the Virtual Event for which you have registered.

1.2 Registration Process - The Participants will have to register separately for the Virtual Event. To attend the Virtual (Online) Event, users will have to register for the event. Once registration is done, participants will receive login credentials on their mail id. Webinar will be streamed using webinar streaming platforms and it can be access only using the login credentials.

1.3 Kedia Academy and Gold Price Today (website,Facebook and Youtube Channel) shall not be liable to consider any registration which you have made for the Event and/or via/through any third-party website/platform . No claims or objections shall be entertained in this regard.

1.4 Responses of Participants, or any material sent during or post the Virtual Event by the Participants to Kedia Academy including but not limited to feedback, comments, suggestions, ideas, reviews, inputs, messages, testimonials and other communications of any kind shall be deemed to be non-confidential (‘Material’). The Participants accepts and grants Kedia Academy an exclusive, royalty free, assignable, worldwide, transferable, irrevocable, perpetual and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, promote, publicly perform, distribute, publicly display Participants Material freely without limitations, permissions or obligations of any kind from/towards the Participants for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you. Kedia Academy is also free to use any ideas, inputs, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such Material for any purpose whatsoever perpetually. Kedia Academy reserves the right to analyse and summarize data including but not limited to your personal information that Kedia Academy collect and also reserves the right to publish, distribute, share summaries of the data collected with sponsors, Organiser or other business partners without limitations, permission or obligations of any kind.

1.5 Nothing here in amounts to a commitment or representation by Kedia Academy to conduct further or other schemes/events. 1.7 The management of Kedia Academy & its subsidiaries/group companies reserve the right to cancel / postpone /stop this Virtual Event at its sole discretion or change all or any part of terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation of any kind and being liable for any consequential losses/damages/claims etc.

2. Prohibited Conduct

2.1 Limitations on Use. By registering for the Virtual Event, you agree not to sell, trade, transfer, distribute or share your access of the link and/or code, unless such transfer is granted by Kedia Academyand/or the Organiser. By registering for the Virtual Event, you agree not to share, sell or trade your access of the Virtual Event to any third party. If Kedia Academy determines that you have violated this policy,Kedia Academy shall have a right to cancel your access, retain any payments made by you and ban you from future events including this Virtual Event.

2.2 Recording, Live Streaming, and Videotaping by the Participants is not allowed. Participants will not record, upload, distribute, share, save or broadcast/publish/display audio or video of sessions of the Virtual Events in any form, mode, media and format.

3. Fees and Registration

3.1 Payment. The participants will have to pay the applicable fees to Kedia Academy for registering themselves for the Virtual Event. The payment of the applicable fee for the Virtual Event is due prior to registration. If such payment is insufficient or declined for any reason, Kedia Academy shall have a right to refuse your access to the Virtual Event and shall have no liability in that regard.
Kedia Academy reserves the right to change the fees for the Virtual Event at any time at its sole discretion. Kedia Academy shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Participant with prior notice of any change/discount, but such changes/discounts shall not require Participant consent.
Kedia Academy shall accept the payment of the registration fees via cards, wallet and net banking. Other payment methods may be added from time to time.

4. Cancellation

4.1. No payments will be refunded or refundable. Once paid, registration fees for the Virtual Event are non-refundable. Please note that if you cancel and/or do not access the Virtual Event, you are still responsible for the payment. In no event shall Kedia Academy be obligated to refund all or any portion of the registration fee. Even in a rare situation where refunds or cancellations are given, 2% of the Platform Fee charged by the ticketing partner is non-refundable in every situation

5. Virtual Event Registration Confirmation

Once you have completed your registration, you will receive your registration confirmation by email. Please ensure that your valid email ID is entered correctly on the registration form. Be sure to check your junk email box too in case any of your Virtual Event email(s) are caught by spam filters.
The time and date of the Virtual Event may vary due to internet connectivity issues. In this case, Kedia Academy will share the revised date and/or timing at the earliest. There may be interruptions in the streaming of the Virtual Event due to internet connectivity issues.
When you register yourself for the Virtual Event you provide us with certain personal data/information which we shall share with the Organisers, sponsors, and/or business partners for the Virtual Event-related communications and also for the Organisers, sponsors, and/or business partners and/or Kedia Academy for future prospecting, to contact you for future business engagement, to send marketing and/or promotional materials about their respective services and products, etc. from time to time (‘Purpose’). It is clarified that you are giving your express consent to Kedia Academy and Gold Price Today (website, Facebook, and Youtube Channel) and the Organiser, sponsors and/or business partners for the using your personal data/information for the abovementioned Purpose.

If you do not wish for Kedia Academy and/or Organiser to continue using your personal data/information, and/or disclose your personal data/information for the Purpose at any time, you may opt out of providing the same by contacting Kedia Academy

6. Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability

The views, opinions, suggestions, comments and entire content expressed by the individual speakers, attendees, or sponsors at the Virtual Event ("Speaker(s)"), either in the course of their participation in the Virtual Event or on the Platform, (collectively, "Channels"), are solely their own and neither do they represent those of Gold Price Today nor are they endorsed in any manner by Gold Price Today News, its employees, associates, representatives, agents and affiliates/subsidiaries/parent company.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by & construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. In the event of any conflict, the Terms and Conditions specifically provided for this Virtual Event shall supersede the General T&Cs available on the Event website. Any dispute including any dispute arising out of all matters with respect to the Virtual Event is subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Mumbai only.
Kedia Academy and Gold Price Today (website, Facebook, and YouTube channel) do not endorse, and expressly disclaim all liability relating to, any of the products or services provided by the Organisers, Speakers, attendees, or sponsors.

By registering yourself on the Event website, you hereby expressly agree to the above terms and to any future terms that are so decided by Kedia Academy and Gold Price Today (website, Facebook, and YouTube channel).
